Changes in date, type of activity and pick up hotel are allowed within the last 48 hours before activity booked. They must be forwarded to reservas@lahaciendapark.com pointing booking confirmation number, booking name, program booked and date.

• We kindly request customers to be puntual.
• The park supervisors will decide the participation of disabled persons.
• Our team of trainers/supervisors will supervise, direct and control all the activities.
• Minimum height for is 90 cm/ 35” (Buggy Ride and Safari) and 120 cm/ 47” (Zipline, QuickJump and Horse Riding)
• People over 113 kg (250 lb) weight are not allowed to join the QuickJump, Zipline and Horse riding activities… We are sorry!
• Due to safety reasons, those whose waist is over 42’’ are not allowed to join the Zipline and QuickJump activities.
• Our team of trainers/supervisors will supervise, direct and control all the activities.
• If you have a heart condition won’t be able to enjoy our Zipline and QuickJump activity.
• If you suffer any back problem you might not be able to enjoy some of the activities. Do not hesitate to ask our staff if you need any further information.
• A professional photographer will take photos during excursion. Those will beavailable for purchasing as souvenirs as the end of the program. Do not forgetyou can use your own camera.
• The management has the right to refuse admission and participation to the programs. Itinerary may be subject to variations like timetable, form and content without prior notification to customers due to safety or meteorological reasons. If your itinerary is cancelled you will be offered a new date and time for the activity if possible or a refund.
